Skilled Production Worker (m/f/d)
Production Worker and -assistant (m/f/d)

to work in the production of fiber-reinforced composite component


Your responsibilities - You’ll be making a difference with us:

  • Preparation of various production formats and raw materials
  • Manufacture of fiber-reinforced composite components using the RTM and infusion processes
  • Operating mixing and processing equipment
  • Compliance with all quality assurance work instructions
  • Manufacturing in accordance with instructions, documentation, and production plans


Your profile – Here´s what will impress us:

  • Vocational training as a process mechanic, plastics technician, model maker, or in a similar field
  • Several years of professional experience (talented career changers are also welcome)
  • Reliability and technical understanding
  • Manual skills and experience, including experience using hand tools
  • Ideally, knowledge of CNC and/or other machine operations
  • Ability to work independently and with dedication, demonstrating a high degree of self-discipline and commitment

Machining Technician (m/f/d)
CNC Milling Operator (m/f/d)
CNC Operator (m/f/d)

in the field of finishing fiber-reinforced lightweight components

At our company, you’ll find challenging components for high-precision lightweight parts made from latest-generation materials, such as carbon fiber and aluminum. Instead of just operating machines, you’ll actively help shape manufacturing processes, optimize programs, and develop new solutions together with colleagues in production planning.

Your responsibilities - You’ll be making a difference with us:

  • CNC-based 5-axis machining of production orders for both single-piece and series production using a FANUC Series 30i-MODEL B controller and PowerMill 2025 software to create NC programs.
  • Proficiently performing all milling and measurement tasks, as well as setting up and retooling the
  • CNC machine, and carrying out minor repairs and maintenance on the machines
  • Maintaining the tools and the tool database
  • Inspecting workpieces for form and dimensional accuracy
  • Compliance with quality and equipment guidelines; documenting performed activities and work results on the order.


Your profile – Here´s what will impress us:

  • Vocational training as a machining technician, industrial mechanic, CNC specialist, lathe operator, or milling machine operator, or a comparable qualification
  • Solid experience operating CNC machines and working with CAD/CAM software, ideally PowerMill, a structured approach to work, and a commitment to quality
  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work independently and with dedication, demonstrating a high degree of self-discipline
